Immigration Attorney - Furqan Sunny Azhar, Esq.
Furqan Sunny Azhar graduated with Honors from Baylor University in Waco, TX. While at Baylor, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, with a concentration in Government Theory, and a minor in Political Science. Sunny was also active in Baylor’s Middle East Studies Department, Model United Nations Program and The Center for American and Jewish Studies.
Sunny obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May of 2006, where he concentrated his coursework in International Law and Relations. While in law school, Sunny clerked for two years in private law firms in Oklahoma and Texas where he handled different types of immigration cases. While in his third year, Sunny received the CALI Award in American Criminal Law and Restorative Justice for having achieved the highest course grade among his peers.
Sunny began working at Mathur Law Offices, P.C. in September of 2006 and is currently an associate attorney.
