Ms. Romney grew up in Dallas, Texas before leaving to attend university at Brigham Young University. While in law school, Ms. Romney received over 200 hours in mediation training, in areas including small claims, domestic, and victim-offender mediation. Ms. Romney then went on to work as a mediator for the local courts and also as an instructor at the law school, undergraduate campus, and in the community. Ms. Romney also spent time working for the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center in San Antonio, Texas as a mediator and intake coordinator.

Ms. Romney currently practices family law, including:uncontested divorces, contested divorces, child custody, visitation, spousal and child support, division of property, temporary restraining orders, division of retirement benefits, mediation and arbitration, annulments, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, change of domicile, grandparents’ rights, domestic violence, and post-judgment proceedings.
