Second I want you to know I received the 1-year extension in the mail today...just in case you haven't received your copy at the office. I was expecting it to take a lot longer but instead it was exactly 10 business days, so I was just astonished....can you predict the future?! I'm just kidding. Anyway, I just thought I'd thank you for what you did so far for me and as you can see this message has been sent to Mr. Mathur because he must know how great of a team he has. Terrica, yourself and anybody else in that building knows what to do and handles everything so rapidly and precisely it is almost "non-human".
