Renée C. Culp is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than 25 years of experience representing businesses, municipalities, professionals, and individuals in a wide range of complex civil matters. Her practice focuses on commercial and business litigation, employment disputes, real estate and construction litigation, municipal law, personal injury, landlord-tenant matters, consumer protection, family law, and estate planning.

Throughout her career, Ms. Culp has successfully managed every stage of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery through trial and appeal. She has extensive experience conducting depositions, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in state courts throughout Texas. Her strategic approach and practical problem-solving skills allow her to develop effective legal solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

In addition to maintaining her own law practice, Ms. Culp currently serves as General Counsel for Brilliance Engineering LLC, where she advises executive leadership on corporate governance, employment matters, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, litigation strategy, and risk management. She also serves as Of Counsel with Kennedy Law, where she handles intellectual property, employment, and complex commercial litigation matters.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Culp has obtained significant results for her clients, including multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements involving breach of contract, whistleblower claims, wrongful death, elder abuse, catastrophic personal injury, and commercial litigation. She has also successfully represented hundreds of clients in mediation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Ms. Culp is also honored to serve as an Associate Judge for several Texas municipalities, bringing valuable judicial experience and perspective to her litigation practice.
