USCIS Offices Will Be Closed Until May 3rd, 2020

|

While U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on March 18th that the agency would be closing its offices and canceling all appointments, interviews, and ceremonies to address safety concerns arising from the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the temporary closure has now been extended through May 3rd. USCIS also said the closure might be extended beyond this date.

USCIS employees will still be working and performing mission-essential functions that don’t require face-to-face contact with the public. Emergency services for limited situations will still be provided during the pandemic. If you want to request an emergency appointment, you will need to visit the USCIS Contact Center at: https://uscis.gov/contactcenter.
