Associate Attorney - Family Law Litigation 

Mathur Law Offices, P.C. is seeking a highly motivated Family Law Associate Attorney for our growing litigation practice serving Dallas, Denton, and Collin Counties. Our principal office is located in Dallas, Texas.

This is not a volume settlement practice or a low-pressure environment. We are a litigation-focused firm handling high-conflict divorces, custody disputes, property litigation, protective orders, enforcement actions, and complex family law matters.

We are looking for attorneys who want to become elite litigators.

The right candidate will have courtroom confidence, strong organizational skills, emotional discipline under pressure, and a genuine desire to grow through mentorship, strategy, and litigation experience.

• 2–10 years of family law litigation experience preferred

Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload and advocate for clients during some of the most important moments of their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Handle matters including divorce, child custody, support, and property division
• Provide strategic legal counsel tailored to each client’s goals
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients 

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
• Experience in family law preferred
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
